Potato Scones

 2 Cups Potatoes (Mashed)
Knead the Potatoes and Salt into the Flour.  Add the Milk to combine. 
Roll out thinly on a floured board.  Cut into scones.

Bake on a hot girdle or frypan for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked.
 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
 90g (3oz) Flour
 1/2 Cup Milk
