Chilli Con Carne

 50g Mince

Combine ingredients except for the Tomatoes,
Kidney Beans & Pepper.  Cook until the meat is no longer Pink
in colour whilst stirring occassionally.

Add Tomatoes and Juice, Beans and Queen Pepper to the mixture. 
Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. A can of Baked or Chilli Beans
can be substituted for Kidney Beans is desired.

Serve with Sour Cream and Warmed Corn Chips.

 2 Medium Onions - Chopped
 1/4 Teaspoon Chillies
 1 Can (450g) Tomatoes in Juice
 1 Large can (820g) Kidney Beans
 1 Chopped Queen Pepper
 1 Teaspoon Oregano
 1 Teaspoon Paprika
 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
 2 Cloves Garlic
