Beef Stroganoff

 2 Tablespoons Flour- Heaped

Cut 1 Kg Blade Steak into small chunk sized strips.  Place in a casserole dish. 
Chop 1 large onion, several Celery Stalks, Carrots and Vegetables and put on top of meat.

Gradually mix in 1 1/2 - 2 cups water.  Pour over meat and vegetables and allow to marinate for several hours.  

Cook slowly for approximately 2 1/2 hours in a moderately heated oven. 

 

 

 2 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce - Heaped
 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
 1 Teaspoon Mustard
 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
 Salt to taste
 1 Kg Blade Steak
 1 Large Onion - Chopped
Various Vegetables
 1 - 2 Cups Water
